Refund Policy

Refunds for hotel reservations will be provided according to the cancellation policy.

  • In case of a cancellation within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued to the guest’s original form of payment.
  • If a guest cancels their reservation outside of the allowed time frame, no refund will be issued.
  • If a guest decides to leave early, no refund will be issued for the remaining nights of their stay.
  • If a guest fails to arrive for their reservation and does not provide notice within the allowed time frame, no refund will be issued.
  • The hotel reserves the right to issue a partial refund or no refund in the case of a guest violating hotel policies or causing damages to hotel property.
